Today we took a spelling pretest to prepare for our new spelling unit. We also did an online game to study our vocabulary words for the Pioneer Girl story. On Friday there will be a reading quiz on this story. Students worked hard to finish typing drafts of their personal narratives. Some students also had time to do other writing as well.
There will be a Social Studies test on Wednesday on Chapter 3, Lessons 1 & 2. There are links on the Blogroll to 2 online practice games.
Forms went home today to make reservations for the pizza supper on Sept. 25, the evening Jim Trelease will be speaking at the PTO meeting. Another form also went home to make reservations for child care during the meeting. I hope many of you will take advantage of this wonderful opportunity!

These couple of days we have doing our Personl Narrative stores. As we were writing our stores we also typed them up on Microsoft word. We have finished them all up today. I have had lots of fun doing these storys and hope everone did to. Have a nice week!
