Report cards went home today. Stuffed inside each envelope was an amazing amount of papers! It took a long time to get all those things folded and stuffed. Besides the report card envelope, 3 things need to be signed and returned: the yellow field trip permission, the blue early release form, and the white Title 1 survey. Thanks for taking the time to complete these things!
Today we did an online review activity with our vocabulary words. Students read and wrote comments on one another’s blog posts about New Year’s Resolutions. I was impressed with the encouragement they offered each other and the connections they made. We are continuing to discuss information literacy. One group did a Smart Notebook activity on using an index, and the other group did their writing about the person they would most like to meet. Bosch’s students have MAP testing at 8:00 in the morning.
